The short version

Use this platform honestly. One review per company per six months. No fake or fabricated experiences. By submitting a review you give us the right to display it. We are not responsible for the accuracy of what others write.

Who can use igotghostd

Anyone can browse reviews without an account. To submit a review, you must create a free account. You must be at least 16 years old. By using this platform you agree to these terms.

One review per company per six months

You may submit one review per company per six-month rolling window. This limit exists to prevent spam and ensure the platform reflects genuine candidate experiences. Attempting to circumvent this limit — for example by creating multiple accounts — is grounds for permanent removal.

No fake reviews

You must only submit reviews of interview processes you actually went through. Fabricating, exaggerating, or submitting reviews on behalf of someone else is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any review we reasonably believe to be fake and to permanently ban accounts that submit them.

This applies equally in both directions — do not submit a falsely negative review to damage a company, and do not submit a falsely positive review to game the rankings.

Our right to display your content

When you submit a review, you grant igotghostd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials (for example, aggregate statistics or anonymised excerpts). You retain ownership of your words. We will not sell your review text to third parties.

No liability for review accuracy

Reviews reflect individual candidate experiences and opinions, not verified facts. igotghostd does not investigate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any review. We are not liable for decisions made based on content submitted by users.

Companies cannot edit or remove reviews submitted about them. If you believe a review about your organisation contains false statements of fact (not opinion), contact us at legal@igotghostd.com and we will review the claim.

Prohibited conduct

• Submitting reviews for interviews you did not attend.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent review limits.
• Using the platform to harass, defame, or target individuals by name.
• Scraping or bulk-exporting data without our permission.
• Attempting to manipulate aggregate scores through coordinated submissions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
